The gal in customer service was genuinely interested in my concern. She asked for my email to manage my request with special attention. Wasn’t needed. The tree left the warehouse the day it was ordered. Was received quickly and with no drama. TreeTime is to be commended. Excellent service and the tree is just perfect! We just put up our tree and we love it!! It looks very nice and real and we would definitely recommend this tree if someone is looking for a slim tree but still looks full!

Finally, a tree that my ornaments hang properly on. I have many large and luxury ornaments; some 5-6” tall. The slim design fits perfectly in my limited space. (48” max in the corner) The number of lights is perfect. I indulged in the multi colored and enjoy switching from color to white. I wish we could upload photos. It’s beautiful decorated. Like another reviewer I suggest this tree for those with a lot of ornaments.

Lightweight and easy to put together. It takes some fluffing to get it to look full but they all do. I would have liked more layers of branches but it is very full for a slim tree.

I’m so thrilled with this Slim Wexford Spruce Christmas tree! We had a dilemma this season after renovations and new furnishings in our home. Our old artificial Christmas tree was way too big. I did quite an extensive online search, looking for a slim realistic tree with multicolored lights, and I was pleasantly surprised to find so many good ones here at Treetime. This Wexford Spruce exceeded my expectations with its beautiful shape, realistic branches, and its incandescent multicolored lights. It fit perfectly in our new space and because of its beauty, the slim shape created the perfect holiday atmosphere!
