FedEx Ground is Treetime’s primary shipping service for home and business delivery, offering a dependable way to receive larger holiday products.

FedEx Ground is Treetime’s choice for reliable shipping service to your home or business. Their delivery schedules are built to help get your Christmas tree, wreath, or garland to you on time for the season, while also offering a cost-effective way to ship larger products.

FedEx Ground is not offered for destinations in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
There is an additional cost associated with shipping outside of the Continental United States.

Before ordering for a non-standard destination: Contact Treetime if the order is going outside the Continental United States or if timing is especially important.

Tracking your Christmas tree

Shipment updates are designed to be easy to find, whether you prefer using the email you receive after shipping or checking directly online.

Check your shipment email. Orders generate a FedEx tracking number when they ship, and that information is emailed to the customer.
Sign in to your account. Tracking can also be viewed through a customer account on Treetime’s website.
Use FedEx directly. Use the provided tracking number directly through FedEx for current status updates.
