We're open seven days a week, with late shopping on Thursdays.
Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM; weekends, 10 AM–5 PM.
December 23: 10 AM–12 PM.
December 24–25 and December 31: closed.
January 1: closed.
January 2–15: daily, 10 AM–5 PM.
Beginning January 18: five days a week, 10 AM–3 PM. Please call to confirm operating days; January 16–17 hours are not specified in the schedule.

Treetime offers repair services for eligible pre-lit products sold by and manufactured by Treetime only. Eligible products can be inspected and an estimate provided, but repairs are not guaranteed.
Some lighting issues can be resolved at home before a repair visit is necessary.

During October, we're open daily from 10 AM–5 PM. Starting November 1, we're open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10 AM–6 PM; Thursdays 10 AM–8 PM; and Saturdays and Sundays 10 AM–5 PM. Customer Service is available Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM.
