Bought this tree in November 2020. Put it up in December. When I put it up I noticed that there was a sizable spot on the top section of the tree missing lights. I contacted Tree Time and while they were unable to fix it just before Christmas we did work out an acceptable solution. When I took down the tree I packed up the top and sent back it for repair. Top is back and I cannot thank Joanne enough for her prompt and friendly service. And it is realistic beautiful tree.

The tree looks beautiful and I am usually not a fan of fake trees. Very nice. I bought each of my kids one for their first apartments and they too love it!

This slim Serena spruce is exactly what we were looking for and couldn’t find anywhere! The 30” diameter is perfectly narrow for our small living room, but still natural looking. The mixture of the two types of needles gives texture and dimension, and we love the details of the subtle color variations. The construction seems quality, and we expect this tree to last years and years.

This company was wonderful to deal with. When my Christmas tree came I was so happy to see how easy it was to set up. The only downside for me was that I wish it had more lights, but I love to overdo it with Christmas lights so it may not be a problem for others. Also it was wonderful to find a tree with multi-colored incandescent lights. Love it!

Needed a hallway tree and this was the perfect width. Most slim trees I saw looked obviously fake but not this one! Set up with simple and all I added was garland. Stunning!

Really nice job on the design of this tree. I'm not a fan of those super layered trees, I prefer the traditional triangular dark green trees. Really beautiful lights, nice gleam to them, not to mention the awesome warranty that covers the lights, which is what helped my decision with this purchase. This Burberry has all the features that we love in an artificial tree. Nice triangular design, wonderful quality, very life-like branches, and beautiful colored lights. Wonderfully full and thick, no gaps between the sections, and it wasn't hard at all for my husband and I to put together. Thank you for all the assistance choosing this tree.
