How to Shape Your Deluxe Geneva Fir
The Deluxe Geneva Fir is designed with rich branch density and a realistic mix of foliage styles for a full, natural presentation. Watch the short shaping video, then follow these simple steps to open each section and bring out the tree’s layered, lifelike form.
- Start at the bottom and shape one section at a time. Open the fully hinged branches first, then work upward so each layer supports the next and the tree fills out evenly.
- Separate the inner tips before the outer ones. Fan the inner PE and PVC branches near the trunk to build depth, reduce gaps, and create the dense look this tree is known for.
- Finish by styling the outer branch tips. Spread the visible tips in different directions and lightly angle them up and out to create a balanced, natural Geneva Fir silhouette.
First-time setup usually takes the longest. After the initial shaping, future seasonal setups will be much quicker and only need a light refresh.
