We LOVE our tree!!! It is gorgeous. We’ve cut a fresh tree each year since 1988, but this year we broke tradition and bought an “artificial” tree. We couldn’t be happier. It is so pretty, and there are no dropping needles or needing to water.

We have enjoyed the 3' size tree. Just the right size. Makes it easy to put up and take down

I'm very happy with my new Treetime tree. It's super high quality, looks great, and was easy to assemble. I ordered early during the "off" season so my tree & parts weren't shipped right away. Because of this, I did need to send email to customer service a few times to ask for my items to be shipped when they were ready. While not ideal, they were super responsive and great about it. So the trees are great, as is the customer service, but they could use a little improvement in the shipping dept. But hey, it's 2020 so I'll give any non-megacorp a break. 5 stars from me.

I have not even assembled my tree but I cannot say enough about the customer service of this team. I have had my tree for 20 years and change was hard for me. I spoke with 2 associates and they could not have been more helpful or attentive with assisting in my selection. The attention to detail on the tree is beautiful. I cannot wait to put it up this year!!

Just received my 5' unlit Deluxe Geneva Fir this week, and worked on fluffing it today to make sure I like it and have it ready to go for the holidays. It's absolutely stunning! Very realistic looking, with four different styles of branches and beautiful variations in color. Some things to note: it's an incredibly dense tree once you've taken the time to shape all of the branches (and that does take time, but it's worth it!), and I can tell that some of the branches will definitely only hold lighter ornaments while others are more sturdy, so if you have a lot of long and/or heavy ornaments, this might not be the style that you'll want. That having been said, if you want a gorgeous tree that looks absolutely real, don't hesitate to get this! I can't wait to decorate it! Also, the staff at Treetime have been absolutely wonderful with answering all of my questions.

We’ve had a real tree since 1992. 2020 changed that for us...staying physicially distant from our tree transporter and no family here for Christmas 2020. But we needed something to cheer us up. I searched for a tree that didn’t looks ridiculously cheap like the big box hardware stores carried and other popular online retailers. After seeing all the reviews for Treetime trees, a new search began! We bought the 3 foot tree and have it on a 2 tiered stand covered in a tree skirt. The lighting on the tree is perfect. We added some small ornaments and WOW, it looks amazing. Even before decorating, it looked so real. I has 3 different types of branches. Unboxing and separating and shaping the branches took about 30 minutes to get it just right. I couldn’t ask for a better “unreal” tree.

Honestly, it has been absolutely perfect from day one. It looks sad no matter how you decorate. Maybe it is the 5 ft. height but it has always looked so cute to me. I put tons of ornaments on it and love it to bits.
