I've had a wonderful time shopping for this tree and calling your team is what sealed the deal for me. Excellent customer service. My only complaint was that the tree did not come with a way to change the lighting intensity. I do want to get a dimmer to fade the lights. Otherwise really beautiful tree and the family loves it.

I didn’t see many reviews about most of the trees so I wasn’t sure about picking a tree without seeing it first but I took a chance and bought the Sierra Mountain Spruce 9ft. I love it! Took some time to put up but it is absolutely stunning. Looks exactly like it does on the website I would have no doubts about purchasing any tree from Treetime. High quality and very high tech with the lights (this has the led clear/color changing). Plus I ordered it on Monday and received it Friday. I will tell everyone to purchase from Treetime. Worth the money!!

I was skeptical but happy with my purchase. The shipping was fast and the quality good. The one issue is no scent, but I remedied that by hanging a live wreath in the house!

very impressed overall with the entire design of this tree. Every person that came to our house actually thought it was a real tree. Looks so much bettetr in person, so, I just wanted to express our satisfaction. The lights do have a very nice color.

I replaced a tree that I purchased 14 years ago and was hesitant to purchase online, but I could not find anything locally that compared in quality. My old tree was regularly mistaken for a live tree. I am thrilled with my new Treetime tree! It was easy to assemble and decorate, and looks like a live tree! It even has multi-colored lights -- not easy to find in the tree style I wanted.
