My tree was shipped the same day it was ordered. The tree arrived in good shape and looks even better than I anticipated. My only complaint was the shipping service....When I tracked it, I was told it was to arrive on a certain day, but it did not. That occurred on several successive days, so it was difficult to determine when it would actually arrive. In spite of that, I am very pleased with the tree and would purchase from Treetime again.

Bought this tree for Christmas 2019. I LOVE this tree. It has great branch definition, many more options for hanging ornaments, and it's just plain lovely. There was a little learning curve. The outside "new growth" branches don't hold heavy ornaments well. However, once you "arrange" all the branches, you are able to "nestle" the big ornaments right in the branch, and they stay beautifully in place. You can hang small to medium ornaments off the outside branches. I had a blast decorating my tree, and I got to use all my ornaments to full affect. Everyone who saw my tree complimented it, saying how beautiful it was. I highly recommend this quality tree.

I just received, and put up my new Xmas tree. I'm am so pleased at the quality and size of what I ordered. Extremely easy to assemble. I was not sure doing this type of purchase online, but I'm so glad I did. I would recommend this tree to anyone that appreciates the great workmanship that went into this. I couldn't be happier

I have purchased from this company before, and decided to trust them again. I have not received the product yet, but the shopping and check-out experience was a good one. Prices are reasonable and the product, from previous experience, is of high grade.

I previously had a larger tree, but this one fits my small townhome space much better. I was concerned that all my ornaments might not fit, but they do and they look wonderful. The best feature is the remote and all the lighting options. I love the twinkle function. My only complaint is that the very top branch is not strong enough to support my tree topper. Customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend Treetime and the Cumberland Fir.

As someone who swore she would NEVER get a “fake tree”, I have been converted by your Cumberland tree. Assembly was very easy, and 1 person can do it in minutes. It looks beautiful, and most people don’t realize it’s not real. We did our research before purchasing, and could not be happier with our tree!

I love how realistic and full this tree is. We splurged on a 6.5 foot tree with LED lights this year and this is not a cheap tree but we definitely got what we paid for. The lights are bright and colorful and the needles look real. It was easy to put together, you don't have to put the branches in or mess with any lights. definitely a cool tree

What a gorgeous tree! We needed a big tree in 2020 for the double height family room in our new house, and the 9 foot Cumberland fir model is perfect -- high enough not to be too short, but not too wide. The twinkle color setting is so pretty you can put off decorating the tree for weeks. Realistic, too - the first couple of mornings, I caught myself thinking, I need to remember to water the tree...oh, no, I don't have to! Fluffing the tree took quite a while, but the instructions were super helpful, and it was worth every minute. One suggestion for the next print of the instructions: advise people to wear long sleeves. We both got a lot of scratches on our arms in the process.

What an absolutely stunning tree. My new 9' Cumberland Fir tree was delivered on Saturday. We set it up and began fluffing it this weekend. It is beautiful!! The lights are so nice - the colored lights bring me back to my childhood, the white lights are very warm & not too bright, but the best part is the twinkle feature. I am in LOVE!!
