I want to take a few minutes and thank Joanne. She was INCREDIBLY helpful when I spoke with her on the phone the other day about my tree. She was kind enough to explain how a 100 Light string works as opposed to a 50 Light string and she explained how to use the LightKeeper Pro. She could have very easily passed me off to someone else, but she did not. EXCELLENT customer service such as what Joanne provided is truly rare. ONCE AGAIN, THANK YOU JOANNE!

good purchase decision

Took advantage of after Christmas sale to get a second small tree. Tree is 3ft. Very easy to use, just pull out of the box, fluff the branches and plug in. Very realistic looking. A great bargain. Have already recommended Treetime to friends.

perfect table top tree

I ordered the 4 foot tree for my son's new duplex. I helped him set it up last night, and even without decorations it is darling! My den tree has always been up on a table because of my dogs. I was so taken with my son's tree that I just ordered the 5 foot for myself. Can't wait to decorate it with all my dog and cat themed ornaments.
