I just ordered a Victorian Fir from this store. We are victims of hurricane Irma and lost our tree as a result of the storm. I had a hard time picking out the tree as it is difficult when one cannot see it in person. My sales associate was Joanne. She understood my wants and needs and took the time to go into the showroom and take pictures for me of the trees that she thought I would like. Of course she picked 3 beautiful trees which made it easier to choose which one. I also spoke to Nancy who was also very kind and helpful. Joanne is a huge asset to her employer and to this store. If more sales people were like this woman, shopping would always be a great experience.

For over 30 years my husband begged me to buy an artificial tree. He hated dealing with the travel, search, install and clean-up every year. I honestly never saw one I liked and until this year. After searching online for over a week, I'm so happy I found the Victorian Fir tree with TreeTime. I loved how it didn't look too filled in and really resembled the real trees I've picked over the years. This artificial tree is by far the very best looking tree we ever had and it looks so real that my 22 year old daughter offered to water it for me while visiting! We have a video of her the floor with a jug of water only to find that it was an artificial tree. It was so funny to see how she cold not believe that she was fooled. My older daughter was so impressed, she plans to order a 9.5 ft and 7.5 ft tree for her home. The service at Treetime is by far the best. Our tree is beautiful and our friends have no idea that it's artificial until we tell them!

Wanted to thank the lady in customer service that helped me with this purchase. I bought the 10 ft tree with multicolored lights and it's just unbelievable how beautiful it is. I love how spacious it is. I tried some ornaments to test it out and sure enough it supports even the heaviest ones without drooping. I'm one happy customer!

I will try to make this as brief as possible. I purchased my 1st tree from a company named after a rounded piece of land. That was an absolute disaster. Fake, shoddy lighting, and horrid customer service. After sending that back and getting a credit I found Treetime. All your reviews are excellent and I now know why. The Victorian Fir is marvelous. I took it out of the box for initial setup and I am very pleased with the quality. It looks just like the photo and I'm super excited to set it up in November!

Very full, lifelike, and wasn't hard to setup. I got the upright bag with this so I figured I'd set the whole Christmas tree up and set it to the side for November. I took the time to shape it which took me about 1.5 hours for the 9' tree. I used the photo as reference and the tree looks great. Wife loves it, kids approve. I will recommend your trees to other friends. Thanks.

Just received my new 10 ft tree and am very, very happy. The realistic look of the needles is just simply amazing. I'm so excited to set this up. Very impressed with your lighting system. I always hated when bulbs went out, you'd spend hours trying to fix, and I see with these I don't have to worry about that. It was a pleasure doing business with your company.
