What you see is not what you get. Tree is very sparse and not like the photo. Not enough foliage to hide trunk or even wires for lights. Complained to treetime. Would not of purchased if actual photos was used. Unfortunately purchased in July and didn’t open till November. Cant return

This is our first artificial tree purchase. We chose the Victorian Fir (unlit) based on the advertised picture of a realistic looking, imperfect shaped fresh cut tree look and it’s excellent ratings. The tree was easy to set up and didn’t take long to fluff. I was a little disappointed to see the inner branches are the “fake” looking filler needles but the outside needles are absolutely stunning and make the tree look real. We are happy with our purchase and look forward to enjoying the tree for many years!

We ordered the color change Led Victorian Fir 7.5' and could not have been more satisfied. If you want a tree that not only shows off your ornaments, but are offered the ability to choose different lighting, this is your tree. This tree is stunning! Great customer service and the Victorian Fir is beautiful!

This was my first artificial tree so I was nervous about whether it would look like a real tree! I think it does! It’s beautifully full and the branches have enough space between them so ornaments can hang freely. Some other trees I’ve seen are full and very conical without any depth of differing branch lengths. The ornaments look like they are leaning on the outside of the tree and not actually hanging. Not so with this tree. Lots of room for lots of ornaments to hang as they should. Putting the tree together and fluffing every branch took about two hours. My only stumbling block during assembly was trying to locate the couplers for the lights on each section of the tree. Maybe a piece of colored ribbon near each would help? The lights are not too bright but just right. Love the remote control for the lights too. I am very pleased with my purchase!

I purchased the 7.5 foot multi color lighted tree in January this year. It was recommended by customer service that when I receive the tree, I should set it up to be sure there were no issues as I could return it within 30 days if there was. I did just that...easy set up. This tree is the most realistic looking tree I've seen and I did lots of research with other companies as well, before I made this purchase. Customer service was fantastic in answering all of my questions. This tree is perfect and I can't wait to set it up for my first season. Easy to set up, prelit with 5 year lighting warranty, real branch technology, and full. This tree looks like the real thing! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality and great service. Glad I found Treetime!!

Love this tree! Always had real, was tough to go to artificial, but this tree looks so real and has that old fashioned Christmas tree look. Holds my ornaments beautifully. It’s like having a real tree without the work or mess (we were getting too old for that)!

The Victorian Fir is my first artificial tree and it is perfection. This tree looked so real right out of the box , and after fluffing, it looked like any beautiful live tree I have purchased from the nursery. After extensive research on buying an artificial tree, I chose Treetime for two reasons. The first being the superior customer service I kept reading about compared to the 2 other companies selling high end artificial trees. The second was the pro time lights and the five year light warranty. This tree shows off the ornaments beautifully because it has enough space for everything to hang perfectly straight. I was torn between the Victorian Fir and the Sacramento spruce and thanks to the superior customer service I received from Nancy, I followed her advice and chose the perfect tree for my ornament collection. My Victorian Fir tree looks great. Haven't bought one in 10 years so very nervous. Staff guided me through the best tree for my needs. It arrived quickly and safely. My only negative is that the "plastic leaves" look great but make it hard to hang certain ornaments. I have some very old icicles that have a hook at the end that don't sit well on those branches.
