Billy is awesome
Today I called because our incandescent-lit Christmas tree has continually had multiple sections that burned out multiple times a year.
We’d even bought the “red voltage gun” and when it failed to help we’ve brought the tree in for servicing every single year, since its purchase.
When we put the tree up yesterday, another whole section went out just after having it serviced over the summer.
Suffice it to say, we’ve been so disappointed and frustrated. Billy listened to my complaint and talked me off the “ledge” with his kind demeanor.
He told me about the new LED technology and how much better it is than incandescent lighting. Best of all, he admitted that we weren’t crazy or inept,
but that the technology was precarious. We’re trusting his advice and purchased a new 10' Slim Geneva Fir with LED color-change technology.
It won’t come soon enough for this Christmas, so we’ll just add extra strings of lights on our existing tree this year to patch us through.
We look forward to reliability and zero frustration next year. We were so frustrated when I called, but Billy’s kindness, empathy, and sincere listening skills earned Treetime another sale.

I looked online everywhere in the country and I looked at every competitor of yours. I called back five times and I felt confident

I was expecting an automated attendant
when I called to ask a few questions. You know, press 1 for this, press 400 for that. I didn't expect someone to pick up on the first ring, but that’s what happened. I first ordered from that other big tree site
and it looked awful, nothing like the picture. I contacted them requesting that they take it back as we were misled and were told
we'd have to pay to ship it back even though it obviously wasn't what we'd chosen.
Contrast that experience to these wonderful people. After that bad experience I dug deeper online and found tons of negative reviews
on that other company and only positive reviews on Treetime. Called and spoke with Alex. He was so helpful, told him what I was looking
for and our space constraints and he helped me select the

The tree is up and looks terrific. Great quality. There are plenty of lights and they seem brighter than usual. The tree is very convincing.
One last thing, and this is important: the biggest thing that came out of my research is Treetime uses photos taken of actual trees for their website,
whereas other sites doctor the photos to make their products look better. So with Treetime, if you like the way it looks on the website,
