I needed Xmas décor for my outdoor lifestyle center and was not impressed by what I saw in retail outlets and online nor was hiring a decorator in my limited budget. My mother-in-law referred me to TreeTime and I was skeptical of buying site unseen but I did like the pictures of the Tower Trees and the fair return policy and warranty. So, I took a chance on an expensive 20 foot tree figuring that I would be underwhelmed but the moment I opened the first box I was impressed by the quality design and materials. It took me and an assistant about an hour to set up but it was so worth it. I love the imposing size and fullness of this tree and the pre-strung lights work perfectly. I did have one question about setup and Joann helped me resolve it quickly. I will be adding garlands and wreaths and recommending your business to friends and associates.

Really nice job on the design of this tree. I'm not a fan of those super layered trees, I prefer the traditional triangular dark green trees. Really beautiful lights, nice gleam to them, not to mention the awesome warranty that covers the lights, which is what helped my decision with this purchase. This Burberry has all the features that we love in an artificial tree. Nice triangular design, wonderful quality, very life-like branches, and beautiful colored lights. Wonderfully full and thick, no gaps between the sections, and it wasn't hard at all for my husband and I to put together. Thank you for all the assistance choosing this tree.

I really like the coloring of this tree, nice sturdy limbs, beautiful presentation, fabulous lights. This 9ft tree with the 1400 clear lights is amazing looking, such brilliance...very happy with my purchase.

Glad we found your tree for our business. Customer service was knowledgeable about helping us figure out the right size for our space. Only downside was delivery by freight carrier due to size. Took a little longer to ship than we wanted but once arrived, was easy to put up. Sturdy to last a lot of Christmas seasons.

We love it. Tree came on a pallet very nicely wrapped and we had no issues with assembly. We had a team of 2 that helped put it together and it took them a few hours minus the shaping process that took a bit more. Overall very pleased. The tree is huge and has an excellent light density which is what we were after. We're in a large firm and use the tree at our foyer entrance. Our people love it and we are happy with Treetime's service and delivering on time.
