Everything about this tree is beautiful. The Western Balsam has realistic, soft fir tips, varying branch lengths, and realistic PE needles throughout.

The tree is perfectly shaped with branch limbs that extend outward to create a nice layered look and feel. The PE tips are colored brighter at the ends and darker as it goes in just like a real tree would. The density of the tree is nice and full towards the inside. Fast Shipping and our 4.5' multi prelit

Fast shipping and our 4.5 multi prelit tree is adorable! Super easy to put together, only two sections. Yes, it took two people about 20 minutes fluffing the branches (and there is a “hole” where we couldn’t get branches to fill-we turned it to the side and hung an ornament in it), but we love it. The tree was 350 lights prelit, and we added another 200 because my husband lives lights. I think the tree is fine with the 350, but do enjoy it with the additional ones. Bought a bag from Covers & All to store it assembled and upright.

The tree is really beautiful, it did have lighting issues which were all resolved beyond my expectations. Their merchandise is all really incredible. Their customer service is world class great! Thank you Leslie and Steve for all you did for me.

Both my sisters have owned your trees…

Both my sisters have owned your trees and I decided to order when you had a 4' one on sale. I was so excited when I paid by cc and it said it was ready to ship. Then I got a call from a rep who said they did not have anymore and they wouldn't be making that size anymore. I almost started crying as I gave our other fake tree away! I let the woman know how upset I was and begged her to find one for me. She said, 'Goodbye'. About 5 days later I got an email again saying it was ready to ship??? I thought they had not removed my paperwork. But to my great joy; I found the tree boxed on my front porch a number of days later...it was like a late Christmas gift ?. Please extend my gratitude to your office and I believe the woman who called me went the extra mile to locate a tree for me...can't wait til next Christmas ?.
