Loved the look of this tree online, but the top looked a little wonky when I put it up last year. It looked like a half tree and no much on the back for support, etc. I played around with it to make it presentable. I did encounter a problem with the lights. They kept flickering 3/4 of the way up in a single row. Very annoying to say the least and I wasn't about to take it all apart to see if it was plugged in properly. If it still does it this year, I'm going to have to return it. Too bad because it is beautiful
I looked at trees for over a month before finally choosing the 7.5 Victorian Fir with colored lights. Sometimes good things do come to those who wait and this was no exception. Although I bought the tree after Christmas in January 2015, I couldn't help but set it up to see what is was like. Absolutely stunning tree that will be easily showcase all of my grandmother's antique ornaments. It's incredibly lifelike and the stand is solid and sturdy. The reasons I did not give it a perfect 5 start rating was mainly that the tree lacks a definite pointed top for those like me who have a traditional star to add. I had to purchase a "tree top extension kit" from another manufacturer so the star could fit properly. Of lesser importance , but annoying, was the generous amount of spare bulbs sent with my tree were all red. <br>I honestly wish that the tree came with an unlit option; but since it didn't, I can still add some of my own vintage lights to still give it a personalized look. The lights included do however have beautiful coloring to them. <br>Bottom line is a strong buy recommendation. <br>Oh and by the way, the staff who answers the phone are pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly.
Best looking tree out there but really needs to come in an unlit version to bring the price down for one reason and permit personal lighting preference!
I purchased the Victorian fir last year and was extremely pleased with it. I just wanted to make a few additional comments now that I am in year two. First of all, I knew this tree was heavy but had no idea how heavy until we moved it up the stairs last night. We have a storage bag for it. Set up is pretty easy except for the weight. All my lights worked and I was very happy about that. There was one broken branch that wasn't there last year and I assume that happened when we put it in the bag last year. Still, for the price of the tree this should not have happened. All in all, we are still pleased with our tree except for the comments above.

For spending that much money, I wanted to make sure I got the right tree and a lighting system that will last. Your customer service rep was very helpful in guiding me to the right decision. Now for the tree -- I got it up and shaped in about an hour. At first I was a little concerned because it seemed a little sparse in places, but that's what I wanted. After I got my beads and all my ornaments on, it is just beautiful (I got the clear lights). My ornaments and beads hang nicely without lying on the branches which I didn't like with my previous tree. And the realism -- it fools me and I know it's artificial! I can't wait to see what family and friends say when they see it. If I had one negative thing to say (and it's a small one), I wish the lights were a little brighter. But it is still beautiful. I'm very glad I went with the Victorian fir.

Fake, shoddy lighting, and horrid customer service. <br> <br>After sending that back and getting a credit I found Treetime. All your reviews are excellent and I now know why. The Victorian Fir is marvelous. I took it out of the box for initial setup and I am very pleased with the quality. It looks just like the photo and I'm super excited to set it up in November!
