This is such a beautiful tree! This is our first artificial tree we’ve ever bought and I am so pleased with how lifelike it looks. We’ve had many compliments on it. Customer service was very pleasant and helped resolve an address issue we had quickly. My one complaint about the tree would be the bottom row of branches sags down quite a bit. It’s to the point where some of the branches almost touch the floor leaving a large gap to between the bottom row and the next row up. I wanted to give this tree a 5 star review because of how much I love it but the droopy lower branches prevented me from doing so.
This tree is perfect for me. The limbs are nice and spaced out yet the inside is full. It has a very natural shape and just enough lights, too. LOVE IT!

My tree arrived even before I thought it would. It was easy to put together and it looks exactly as the picture online. My favorite thing is being able to change the lights from white to color, or both, or twinkling or blinking with a controller. It looks like a "Hallmark" movie Christmas tree to me. It is very realistic looking. I love it.
