I have this 9' tree and I love it. I've looked forever for a large size feather tree to showcase my large ornaments. However, I gave it only 4 stars because it's much to wide at the bottom and the lower branches seem to hang down lower (almost hitting the floor) than they are meant to. It appears that it hasn't held as well as it should.
<br>Now....I'm getting ready to downsize and I want this tree in a table top size so the 4' tree is perfect BUT it's too wide at the bottom. If it could be made a bit less wide it would be perfect. I see that many people are asking for this so I'm waiting to purchase the 4' tree until next year.

Bought the 7.5' feather tree in 2015, putting it up now and we still love it! All my ornaments show and it looks full when decorated. Only wish the stand was less flimsy, but it works after a couple of adjustments. This tree replaced a feather tree that we purchased from Marshall Fields in 1993 - took us a long time to find this one, and then wait for it to be in stock again- but well worth the wait!

Last year I purchased this same tree and I liked it so much, I bought another one this year. It’s sturdy, very life-like and shows off my ornaments very well. The online picture doesn’t do it justice. There is space between the branches, but it is not scrawny at all. I have my 4 1/2 ft. Trees in my bay windows and they are beautiful.

I was looking for a faux Silvertip, and bought this Fanfare Fir model 4-5 years ago. I absolutely adore it! I wanted a sparse tree, and over the years I have put fewer and fewer ornaments on it. You can arrange branches easily. Wish I could post a photo, because this stock photo does not do it justice. I get so many compliments on the tree. It is like the trees we grew up with in the 1960s and 1970s. Plenty of space between the branches to hide special ornaments. I can put this up and decorate it in an hour. Same for taking it down. I am very, very happy with this purchase.

Finally broke down and realized an artificial tree would reduce our holiday stress and dread. I picked this tree to best "show off" my amazing ornament collection. I was skeptical. The tree came in just a few days. We popped it up in about 3 minutes. All the lights work. I shaped the branches and needle tips into shape in about an hour. The tree doesn't smell like weird chinese chemical vapors. It is simply amazing!! Extremely real-looking and for once in many years, I am stoked about decorating this tree and enjoying the Christmas season! Thank you!!! LOVE IT!!!

Purchased the 7.5 tree last year. Tree is very well made and packs up easily. For years I had a faux flocked tree from Treetime which I loved, decided to change things up by getting a green tree. This tree is very traditional with old world charm. Perfect for displaying my huge collection of mercury glass ornaments. Looks so real....everyone loved it. It is quite unusual as faux trees go. The base is wide so make sure you have space to accommodate it. Love the height of the lower branches to the floor....easy to slip presents under this tree. It is just a warm, cozy, vibe of a tree....like I said before everyone loved it!!!!

After years of buying a real tree and chopping at it to make it look like this, I found my forever tree! The memories it brings back and way it highlights the family heirloom ornaments is one of a kind. Finally, my hunt is over!

This is excellent - simply too wide. Please - a slim version! Looks like plenty of people are requesting.

I wanted something different if I was going to go with an artificial tree. This is perfect. Fast delivery. Well packed. Well made. Beautiful and perfect. It is going to beautiful in our loft space. Wish it came even taller!

This tree is perfect for my Old World Christmas ornaments! I ordered the 4ft and am happy with my choice. If you do come out with a slim version, I will order a taller one. It looks just like the one in the Pottery Barn magazine!

This tree is great for ornament & looks very realistic. However, for the price point the stand seems flimsy & if I were going to redesign, I would want the lowest trunk section to have parallel holes drilled in the trunk pole to match the base screws. This would align the tree perfectly. Otherwise it's a 2 person job Just like anchoring a real tree into the stand to get it perfectly straight--a must with this type tree design. I wish it came in 9ft & was wider. I don't think all my ornaments are going to fit & the big ones will be out of scale for this tree but first I have to get it straightened.

I too have looked for years and would love to have a 6.5 up to 7.5 slim version

I have been looking FOREVER for a tree that would highlight my beautiful Radko and Fitz & Floyd ornaments instead of hiding them among the branches. This tree is perfect! I added long twisted glass icicle ornaments and draped it horizontally with 4' multiple strands of very thin metallic tinsel roping. Over all it has a very vintage feel! Gorgeous!!! My only regret is that I bought the 6' tall one instead of the 7 1/2'. I had to display it on covered wooden crates surrounded by poinsettias in order to get the scale right with my 8' ceilings. I may have to order the larger size when it is back in stock. Also, it stores away in such a small box!! Light weight, as far as pre-lit artificial trees are concerned and very convenient. I'm very happy with the this type of tree, but bigger would be better!!

This tree is very much like the California Silver Tip / Red Fir. It has beautiful spacing for christmas ornaments. I think if you produced a slim version of this tree it would be a sell out as well. Many people are looking for slim trees due to smaller homes, condo / town homes, apartments ... Additionally many people may have the space but just like the look of a slim tree - especially if it provides room for ornaments collected over the years. <BR><br> The tree as is -- is too big at the base for the area in my home for a tree. A Slim Version of this tree is exactly what I am looking for and would be willing to buy. Thank you. D.

I have been looking for a tree like this for years, the look of a feather tree for a large collection of ornaments. Sturdy branches, nice natural color.I was only able to get the 4 ft size which does look good on a round table. I hope they re stock so I can get the 7.5 ft. tree for next year.
