Platinum Tree Collection: 10-Year Structural Warranty
This structural warranty provides for repair or replacement of any defective parts (not including installed lighting) at no charge to the customer less shipping costs. This covers any part of the tree pole, stand, and hinges. It does not include flocking, tinsel, or pots on specialty trees.
Platinum Tree Collection: 4 Year Lighting Warranty
TreeTime's Platinum Collection Christmas trees that use the Brilliant Lighting System purchased in 2002 or later carry a 4 year warranty on the factory-installed lights or lighted sections. Treetime will repair or replace any defective factory-installed lights or lighted section at no charge to the customer. This warranty is not just backed by Treetime, but also by the manufacturer. Burned out bulbs are not covered.
Classics Tree Collection: 10-Year Structural Warranty

Treetime artificial Christmas tree Classics Collection carries a 2-year warranty on the factory-installed lights or lighted sections. Treetime will repair or replace any defective factory-installed lights or lighted section at no charge to the customer. Burned out bulbs are not covered.
If your order was incorrect at the time of receipt please contact us immediately. If your tree, wreath, or garland had missing parts, was defective, or any other issues and concerns arise please email or call us right away for immediate assistance. We will be happy to provide you with the correct product or replacement parts at no cost to you. Treetime's lighting warranty does not include bulb burnout or misuse caused by accident, improper usage outdoors, improper alteration, or damages due to acts of God. The warranty is void if the item was damaged and misused in any way that was caused by the user. If the returned product is shipped back to Treetime for refund or exchange and found to be damaged or non-functional due to user neglect and not manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and warranty coverage will not be an option.
