UPS Ground Shipping Standard


UPS Ground is Treetime's choice for reliable shipping service to your home or business. Their guaranteed delivery dates are extremely accurate nationwide to ensure you get your Christmas tree, wreath, or garland on-time for the Christmas season.  UPS is also a very cost-effective way to ship larger products like trees which can pass the savings along to our customers for any smaller orders. Please keep in mind that we do not offer UPS Ground for destinations in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.  There is an additional cost associated to shipping outside of the Continental United States. Needless to say, Santa can and will delivery anywhere! All you have to do is email or call Treetime if you have any questions.


Tracking Your Christmas Tree:

UPS tracking is very easy to use and reliable. Your orders will generate a UPS tracking number and emailed to you at the time of shipping. Easy tracking can be done via your account on our website, or, you can visit UPS directly at www.ups.com and enter the tracking information we provided you.


Transit Times:

UPS Ground follows a very strict shipping schedule to ensure that your package is delivered on time.  Shipping lead time will vary from 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) depending on your location.  We are located in Lake Barrington, IL and all of our shipments originate from our main distribution center.  Transit times are determined in number of days from our location.  The following map shows transit time zones for UPS Ground shipments only:
