Highland Fir (In-Store Only)

We were misinformed in the showroom as to the lighting system. We were told if 1 light went out the entire strand went out - this is not true of this tree nor of most other trees in the showroom (they stay lit) so make sure your sales person knows what they are talking about - it seemed ours did but now I am thinking she was trying to upsell us. The tree itself (Highland Fir with 850 lights) is beautiful and real looking. Treetime showroom had the best selection of artificial trees we found.

I had to wait nearly a year to get this tree because it was sold-out since early December of last year. It was worth it. This tree is breathtaking and just full of detail. I love it.

We always had a live tree but this year decided to try and artifical tree...my regret...why did we wait so long? This tree is absolutely magnificant. I did a ton of research but kept coming back to this site and this tree along with all the review of how wonderful this tree was -- ALL OF IT WAS TRUE. It is easy to set up and yes you need to fluff but after that, sit back and ENJOY your GORGEOUS tree. I will recommend this site and "our tree" to anyone..it is that good. Thank you Tree Time for providing our family a tree that we will enjoy for many years to come.

I had looked a LONG, LONG time online at different sites and kept coming back to this tree. Just so you know, Treetime, your sales rep sealed the deal for me. You have a very helpful staff and should be commended for superior service compared to other online stores I've called.

The tree was setup last night I am beyond overjoyed with this thing. It is the most gorgeous Christmas tree I've ever owned and believe me we've had some enormous real trees in the past. Its really stands out and has a perfect stance and profile. I'm very satisfied with it and you can bet your socks I will tell my friends about your company.

I later found out I was the last one or at least I believe to be the last one that got the 7.5' multi Highland fir because right after I purchased and I went back to the site a few minutes later it said sold out! hah! The tree is wonderful all joking aside. We have set it up and its just so real and shaped exactly like a balsam fir or a douglas type mix. Its marvelous and I want to thank you, Treetime, for such great customer service and fast delivery.

I'll try to be as precise as possible on my experience with the Highland fir artificial Christmas tree for all of you considering it.

1) The 7.5' tree came in 3 sections. Each section was pretty easy to lift so nothing was overly-heavy which was a plus. My last tree was extremely heavy and it was very hard to get it around.

2) I noticed right off the bat that the lighting wasn't visible from under the tree. Since these trees come packed tightly out of the box its easy to see how well a tree looks without it being shaped up. The lights were nicely wrapped and there was only a single wire on each branch which was one of the reasons I went with this tree and this "Brilliant Lighting System". Looks very good. After plugging the section in I was also pleased to see the lights were very bright. I compared it to another set I had at home and sure enough they were brighter but not so much so that it took away from the look.

3) After initial shaping of the bottom few branches I knew I was going to be happy. This tree does take a bit of shaping because there are so many tips and the trick I found to the outer branch tips is to slightly bend them downwards a little to get the same arched look as you I saw in the photo. I used the picture as a guide to give me an idea of how to shape it.

Summary: The tree looks very real, the disbursement of lighting is done phenomenally well, and the tree is nice and down-sweeping with it being close to the ground. I've been around the block over the years with artificial Christmas trees and I'm comfortable recommending Treetime and especially this tree to anyone that asks.

I have no words for this tree. Its breathtaking. The fact is that bar-none this is the most realistic artificial Christmas tree I have EVER laid eyes on. We spent a good 2 hours fully shaping the 7.5' model for this tree (because we like perfect) and I'm beside myself pleased with the whole thing. I don't think you folks realize just how hard it was for me to get convinced into going with a fake Christmas tree. We had a real tree for over 35 years. Treetime came recommended by recent visitors of your showroom and I took the plunge after seeing their tree not even setup in the box. Really nice but I went 1-up on them and got the Highland Fir. The tree again is fantastic, quality is great and lights look great. Thank you for a good experience.

I love the "PE" needles, I cannot believe how real you can now make an artificial Christmas tree look so realistic! It truly blows my mind. There are sooo many lights. I'm really happy I picked this tree.  The shipping was crazy fast.  I ordered 3 days ago and it was at my doorstep. No damage, well packed and the instructions were very clear. Well done Treetime!

This tree is layered extremely well which is a must for mel, the branches looked more realistic on this tree than any other artificial christmas tree I've ever seen. There are so many lights and its very simple to set up. Thank you Treetime and I will highly recommend your product to others in a heartbeat.
